How we stock
We try to keep a good balance with having most of the offering readily available and replenish our stocks frequently.
We carefully check both the quality and quantity of all incoming products.
Each item is weighed, 3D scanned, and—if necessary—its expiration date and lot number are documented.
If there are any discrepancies, you’ll be automatically notified, and we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps.
In some cases, products need to be sealed or repackaged into smaller units. All of this takes place in our Local Belgium Located Warehouses.

To manage all of this, we use a highly intelligent Warehouse Management System (WMS)—a modern platform continuously improved by a dedicated team of developers working on new innovations and enhancements every day.
This system ensures seamless collaboration between our robots and operators, enabling optimal performance and precise inventory control.

How we pick & pack
As soon as we receive your orders, our robots spring into action.
The AutoStore robots immediately start delivering the products to our operators, who then pick them from the bins.
Some of our stations are already equipped with robotic arms that can pick the products directly from the bins. This allows us to work even more efficiently and reduce errors to an absolute minimum.

Our packing machines come with a unique feature: they can print full-color designs directly onto the lid of each box.
This makes your deliveries extra “Instagrammable.” You can easily upload and manage your designs through our platform—whether it’s seasonal artwork, special labels like “fragile” based on the product inside, or even personalized messages featuring your customer’s first name.
Together with our in-house print specialists, we’ve developed a range of unique add-ons that can be easily included with any order.

How we send
All your orders are packed using our automated packing machines.
Each box is custom-sized to fit the contents perfectly, minimizing the use of packaging and filler materials. That means no unnecessary air is shipped, and since the boxes are sealed with glue instead of plastic tape, it’s a much more sustainable solution.
Our machines can also print directly on each box—fully customized, even with your customer’s name for a personal touch.
